Start Your Trucking Career With a Company That Invests in New Drivers

Just earned your CDL-A? Looking for a company that's willing to give you the experience you need?

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our paid mentor program. You'll spend 4-6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school. Once you've successfully completed training, you'll move into your own truck and can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week.

What You'll Do

During training, you'll ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed on your own.

You'll learn:

  • Everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you'll transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.
