  • Ensure proper coordination of property turn-ins and disposals in compliance with program guidelines, ensuring records are maintained for audits.
  • Collaborate with Navy logistics, supply officers, and property administrators to monitor and account for all assets.

Program Support:
  • Assist the Government Sponsor and System PM in planning and coordinating program activities.
  • Ensure documentation and program requirements reflect team feedback and meet compliance standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between planning efforts and execution teams to maintain alignment on priorities.

Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government Sponsor, System PM, DoD contracting officers, Navy logistics specialists, and supply personnel, resulting in streamlined supply chain operations and timely project completion.
  • Provide regular status and property tracking updates to Navy leadership and other stakeholders.

Program Awareness and Problem-Solving:
  • Monitor program schedules, asset allocation, and task progress to identify potential issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and mitigate risks, ensuring continuous program operations.

Process Improvement and Information Management:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline program tracking and property management processes using best practices.
  • Maintain and improve inventory systems while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Keep organized and comprehensive records of program activities, asset allocation, and program continuity for reporting and audit purposes.
