Job description

Presbyterian Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Urologist to join their established practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This full-time position offers a balanced schedule with a mix of OR and clinic time, supported by a dedicated team. The role focuses on providing high-quality urological care within a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and well-being.

Practice Info

  • Supportive team-based approach within the Urology group including APC, RN, and MA support.
  • Mentorship within the group from senior partners.
  • General Bread and Butter procedures with dedicated OR block time.
  • System-wide EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

  • Treat a vast spectrum of urological cases and acuity levels.
  • Manage a weekly mix of clinic, OR, and call time.
  • Take call in rotation with the physician group.
  • Manage the physician/patient relationship.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.

Compensation

  • Nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available.
  • CME allowance.
  • Fully paid malpractice insurance.
  • Four call shifts per month with the opportunity to take more and earn extra compensation.
  • Every call shift above the 2nd per month is considered additional compensation.
