Job description


Now Hiring – Storage Facility Manager / Administrative Assistant
Location: Hiwasse, Arkansas (Bella Vista Area)
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week (Hourly Position) an occassional weekend day

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility while also assisting with administrative tasks for a local construction company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and being part of a growing business team.

Responsibilities

Storage Facility

  • Greet customers and assist with unit rentals and move-ins/move-outs.
  • Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and customer accounts.
  • Monitor occupancy and follow up with prospective tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor services as needed.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and follow company collection procedures.
  • Perform light cleaning and basic property upkeep.

Construction Office Support

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general office administration.
  • Help prepare documents, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Support the construction team with miscellaneous office duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Desire to expand skill set into construction side
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Prior customer service, office administration, property management, or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving problems, and helping wherever needed to keep both businesses running smoothly. Your leadership will help optimize facility performance, maintain legal compliance and foster positve relationships with tenanats and vendors. Will train on Sitelink software.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay (based on experience)
  • 30–40 hours per week/ occasional weekend day may be required
  • $18-$22 per hour based on experience
  • Stable, long-term employment with a locally owned business
