Job Title: Weekend Warrior Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Location: Springfield, OH
Job Type: Full-Time (Weekend Program)
Shift: Nights

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring 2 Full-Time Weekend Warrior Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Springfield, Ohio. This is a key role as we work to eliminate agency staffing and build a strong, consistent in-house clinical team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:
  • Active Ohio RN License (Required)

  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team

  • Commitment to reliability and attendance (weekend coverage is essential)
