Job Description Security Risk Assessment Consultant (Critical Infrastructure) Position Summary Link Technologies is seeking an experienced Security Risk Assessment Consultant to support physical security consulting services for critical infrastructure facilities. The consultant will perform comprehensive security risk assessments, evaluate vulnerabilities, facilitate threat analyses, and develop recommendations to enhance the security and resilience of wastewater treatment and collection facilities. Responsibilities Conduct physical security risk assessments of critical infrastructure facilities.

Perform threat, vulnerability, and consequence analyses. Identify critical assets and develop risk matrices. Evaluate operational resiliency and continuity measures.

Assess compliance with security standards and industry best practices. Conduct site inspections and interviews with facility personnel. Prepare comprehensive security assessment reports and recommendations.

Participate in design reviews during conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases. Support project managers and engineering teams during security planning. Present findings to clients and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Engineering, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field. 8+ years conducting physical security assessments. Experience with critical infrastructure, utilities, industrial, municipal, or government facilities.

Knowledge of physical security principles and risk assessment methodologies. Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Experience facilitating client meetings and workshops.

Preferred Qualifications Wastewater or water utility experience. Critical infrastructure protection experience. OT/ICS security knowledge.

Security Master Planning experience. Preferred Certifications PSP (Physical Security Professional) CPP (Certified Protection Professional) ASIS certifications CPTED Professional FEMA Emergency Management training Years of Experience 8-15+ years Work Location Denver Metro Area, Colorado (Hybrid with onsite facility visits)
