Job description

Ryder is Now Urgently Hiring Semi-Local CDL-A Truck Drivers in Carey, OH! Average $1,700+ per Week - Comprehensive Benefits Package $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Pay, Home Time & More:
  • Average $1,700+ per week
  • Solo miles pay: $0.64 per mile with 2,000 miles per week
  • Solo stops pay: $22.00 per stop with 9-12 stops per week
  • Layover pay: $38.00 per night with 2 nights per Week
  • Sign-on bonus: pays $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days
  • Route: Regional with 2 layovers per week
  • Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
  • 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)


Schedule, Freight & Equipment:
  • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
  • Start time: AM Dispatch
  • Deliver solo to: PA, VA, MD, WV, and OH
  • Tractor type: Sleeper
  • Trailer type: Dry Van
  • Equipment - Manual pallet jack
  • Freight: Touch - bagged livestock feed; pallet jack skids to the rear of the trailer

Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
