Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Flexible Schedule | Urgently Hiring

Blossom ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in Mount Airy, NC and surrounding areas

What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect accurate behavioral data and document client progress

  • Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills

  • Implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism

  • Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support positive client outcomes

Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

  • Experience providing ABA therapy preferred

  • Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting clients who engage in aggressive or challenging behaviors is strongly preferred

  • Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Location
  • Mount Airy, NC (Primary ZIP: 27030)

  • Serving surrounding communities including Dobson, Pilot Mountain, Elkin, and King

Schedule
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available

  • Afternoon and evening availability highly preferred

Compensation

$22–$27 per hour, based on experience.
