As a CNA or Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and attention. Your commitment to delivering top-notch care will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in senior living. Staff meal provided while working.

Compensation:

$15 - $20 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Administer Medications: Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake
  • Resident Response: Attend to any and all resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space
  • Keep each room up to high standards of sanitization by changing bedpans and sheets, and performing regular room cleaning
  • Cleaning resident bathrooms, including showers and shower chairs
  • Service Charting: Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Assistance with ADLs: Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks
  • Give patient support with basic care, daily living activities, bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, serving daily meals, and taking proper medication dosages
  • Activities: Encourage and initiate activities to enhance residents' mental and physical health and promote socialization
  • Ensure residents' laundry is washed, folded, and returned weekly
