As a Truck Team Member, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while performing hands-on tasks. You'll be helping customers say goodbye to their unwanted items and making an eco-friendly impact by sorting for recycling and donations.   • Sorting and Recycling: Separate items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal, helping to reduce waste.
  • Site Clean-Up: Leave every job site spotless, showing care and respect for the customer's space.
  • Truck Organization: Keep the truck clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
  • Work Together: Partner with your teammate(s) to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
  • Support Each Other: Share tasks and communicate openly to keep the day running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:
  • Customer Service Skills: A friendly, "happy to help" attitude and a passion for making people's lives easier.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely and repeatedly.

  • Driver's License: 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility) A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years)
