Principal Architect - Enterprise Solutions
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of large-scale enterprise solutions. This role focuses on shaping end-to-end architectures using Oracle, Spring Boot, and Core Java in a hybrid work environment. You will partner with stakeholders to define technical direction, ensure robust performance, and guide teams toward secure, scalable, and maintainable platforms that advance business goals and create lasting value for clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design complex enterprise applications leveraging Core Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle to deliver scalable and secure platforms.
  • Define target application and data architectures that optimize performance, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Guide cross-functional teams on implementation patterns and coding standards for consistent, production-ready delivery.
  • Review solution designs, technical specifications, and code for alignment with architectural principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business partners to translate requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Establish reusable components and reference implementations for Oracle data models, APIs, and microservices.
  • Optimize Oracle database structures, queries, and transaction flows for efficiency and reliability.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-friendly patterns, container-ready services, and modern integration approaches.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle in enterprise-scale applications.

  • Proven expertise in performance tuning for Java applications and Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security principles.
  • Nice to have: experience integrating with cloud platforms, containerization tools, and modern deployment pipelines.
