Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Ink Technician to join a fast-paced printing and manufacturing team in Concord, NC. This role is responsible for managing the ink station, reviewing production orders to determine ink specifications, and preparing accurate ink batches to support high-quality print production. The ideal candidate will be English/Spanish speaking, have strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment are essential for success in this role. No experience or training is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure and mix ink with appropriate additives
  • Maintain inventory of base colors, additives, powders, and solvents
  • Formulate new colors to match swatches
  • Dispense inks for printers in minimal quantities
  • Verify colors after printing against Pantone color books or supplied swatches
  • Diagnose and remix colors to obtain the closest color match possible
  • Maintain clean and tidy workstation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Physical Requirements
  • Repetitive grasping, gripping, grabbing with hands as well as repetitive bending and stooping as needed for various job duties
