Urgently Hiring Good Guard Security Jobs in Riverside, CA

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard is responsible for protecting the property from damage, fire, theft, trespassing, and illegal entry. They will document suspicious activities, criminal acts, infractions at or near their assigned post.

Travels to local facilities as assigned. Responsibilities: Patrols the facility interior/exterior areas or stands post as instructed to serve as a security presence and visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions. Monitors video surveillance system to protect against fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry and solicitors.

Walks throughout the buildings and grounds examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured. Watches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and security doors left unlocked. Ensures and enforces proper identification of employees and/or visitors.

Detains unauthorized persons found on client property, and releases them to custody of proper authorities. Investigates disturbances, and responds to emergencies, maintains order and safety of personnel. Serves as liaison with emergency response unit(s).

Sounds alarm and/or calls police, fire, or emergency personnel by phone in case of fire, difficulty with unauthorized persons, or medical emergencies. Provides direction for the manufacturing associates/department, including: safety, production schedule attainment, and enforce company policies and procedures. Reports security issues, health and/or safety to appropriate supervisor as soon as practical.

Complete Daily Activity Reports accurately and on time. Makes recommendations on improving safety and security measures and processes. Follows/enforces that everyone adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.

Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Valid Security Guard Card with 2 years of experience in a Security role. Able to write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs).
