Job description

Delivery Driver Opportunity

Salvador Logistics is urgently hiring Delivery Drivers in West Fargo, ND. We're a locally owned and operated delivery company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community. No CDL required — if you have a regular driver's license, you can start your delivery driver career with us in 1–2 weeks.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (non CDL — no commercial license needed)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for marijuana)
  • Satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
  • No prior delivery driver, warehouse, or courier experience required — we train you
What You'll Do
  • Start your shift at our West Fargo warehouse, load your van, and deliver on time using GPS
  • Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions
  • Use a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication
  • Help teammates with rescue stops when needed
Schedule & Benefits
  • 10-hour shifts (weekdays & weekends based on business needs)
  • $22 per hour — Weekly Pay
  • 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
