Lew Thompson & Son Trucking is Now Urgently Hiring Diesel Technicians! Earn $20.00 - $32.00 per Hour* - Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus** Extra Incentive Pay Options - Comprehensive Benefits
Top Pay & Benefits:
  • Earn $20.00 - $32.00 per hour*
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000**

Extra Incentive Pay Options Include:
  • Lead: $2.00 per hour
  • CDL-A: $2.00 per hour
  • Foreman: $2.00 per hour
  • Shift Differential Nights: $1.50 per hour
  • Shift Differential Weekends: $2.00 per hour
  • Mobile Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour

*Depending on experience and location

**Based on technician level offered at time of hire


Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level
  • Inspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessary
  • Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license required
