Looking for a career shift? Trade your tools for a teaching role—without giving up your industry experience. NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School) is hiring experienced HVAC/R Technicians to become HVAC Instructors at our Pawtucket, RI campus. If you're ready for more stability, less physical strain, and the chance to help others launch their careers, this is your opportunity.


HVAC/R Instructor Details:
  • Earn $60,000 per year*
  • Part-time with full-time benefits:
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Paid sick time, vacation, and holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
Shift*:
  • ~26 hours per week
  • Evening: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM


What You'll Do:
  • Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program
  • Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards
  • Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance
  • Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space
