What You'll Be Doing
At MPower, you're not just talking about renewable energy-you'r helping homeowners across Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township, Washington PA, Bethel Park, Canonsburg, Monroeville, and surrounding communities make confident, informed decisions about their energy.
  • Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about renewable energy
  • Guide customers through a streamlined enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Explain the benefits clearly so customers understand the value for their home and community
  • Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
  • Set goals, stay consistent, and work toward hitting and exceeding targets
  • Grow into leadership as your results speak for themselves
