Position Summary: The Armani Beauty US Consumer Engagement Team is seeking a strategic, creative, and consumer-centric marketer who is consistently on the pulse of trends and culture. In this role, you will help oversee advocacy and influence strategy for our Beauty portfolio, supporting the Director of Consumer Engagement.
As an Advocacy & Influence (A&I) expert, you will be tasked with executing creative influencer marketing activations, building deep relationships through paid and earned touchpoints, and identifying key cultural moments to drive Share of Influence (SOI) and brand love. With a strong eye for storytelling, casting, and creative execution, you will work closely with brand teams to bring Armani fregrance's unique persona to life in robust 360° campaigns at scale.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Paid Influencer Management:
  • End-to-End Campaign Execution: Manage all US paid influencer campaigns from briefing and creator casting to content review, execution, and reporting in partnership with agency partners.
  • Paid Media Amplification: Co-lead advocacy boosting strategies and asset coordination for paid media, managing content trafficking, monitoring performance, and optimizing ROI.
  • Retailer & E-Commerce Support: Partner with the content team to develop creator-led assets optimized for e-retailers, L'Oreal.com, PDPs, and social commerce.
  • Talent Sourcing & Contracting: Continually identify new and emerging influencer talent while overseeing agency-led negotiations, contract creation, and briefing.

Earned Influencer Management & Advocacy:
  • Tiered Organic Strategy: Design and execute organic influencer strategies across all tiers (micro to macro) to cultivate long-term brand relationships.
  • Mailer & Seeding Campaigns: Manage the end-to-end execution of product seeding and creative mailer campaigns, including timelines, production, and agency delivery.
  • Eventing & Experiences: Assist in developing unique creator event strategies to deliver unforgettable brand experiences that build affinity and drive organic advocacy.
  • DMI Alignment: Partner with international DMI teams to ensure local market needs are met for elevated global seeding kits and concepts.

Analytics, Operations & Compliance:
  • Social Listening & Tool Fluency: Act as the team expert on influencer and social platform tools (e.g., Traackr, SOI, Talkwalker, RivalIQ) to pull metrics, analyze performance, and share competitor insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Assistant Manager of Community Management to amplify wider brand moments, launches, and events across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Administrative Leadership: Own business-critical operations including issuing POs, managing budget tracking, coordinating product orders, and managing inventory fulfillment for influencer mailings.
  • Compliance & Legal Liaison: Collaborate with internal tools (e.g., Ironclad, MyMarket, Values Match) to guarantee FTC guidelines, content usage rights, and contracts meet L'Oréal's corporate compliance standard.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Communications within the beauty or luxury sector.
  • Network Builder: Proven experience building relationships with influencers, VIPs, talent managers, and creative agencies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track, analyze, and present campaign ROI and metrics to senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Master of time management and prioritization, with a proactive ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously.
  • Cultural Obsession: Deeply connected to social media trends, emerging platforms, beauty culture, and storytelling.
