Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Data Solution Lead to drive growth across the North America region through innovative enterprise data and AI solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technology leadership, solution architecture, business development, and stakeholder management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the Data & AI practice across multiple client accounts in the USA region.
  • Partner with sales, account teams, and business units to identify opportunities and build differentiated Data/AI solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on modern data platform transformation initiatives.

Solution Architecture & Delivery
  • Design and architect end-to-end AI-powered enterprise data platforms on cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure and GCP
  • Lead enterprise solutioning efforts for large-scale data modernization, analytics, and AI transformation programs.
  • Build thought leadership solutions leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric
  • Define scalable architectures covering Data pipelines/ETLs, Data Governance, Security & Compliance, AIT integration across the data lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps and AIOps.

Presales & Innovation
  • Lead proactive and reactive RFP/RFI responses as a Data & AI leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create industry-specific and cross-platform solutions, including SAP-integrated data platforms.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Influence both internal and external stakeholders through strong domain expertise and market understanding in the Data/AI ecosystem.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, delivery leaders, and business units to drive solution alignment and execution.
  • Conduct client workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Tech Skills:
  • Practice Architect to contribute to the growth in USA region across multiple accounts
  • Experience in selling and building large enterprise data platform
  • Experience solutioning end-end to AI powered Data Platform in any of the hyper-scalars (GCP, Azure or AWS)
  • Responsible to lead proactive and reactive Data/AI RFPs/RFIs as a data leader
  • Thought leadership building solutions on Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric
  • Excellent understanding of new age Data pipeline (ETLs), Data Governance and Security, Infusion of AI across Data Life Cycle
  • Good understanding of DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps and AI Ops
  • Experience building fit for purpose - PoCs, Data Accelerators and Frameworks
  • Knowledge of Automative, BFSI, Energy domain preferred
  • Recent certification in TOGAF, DAMA preferred

Management skills:
  • Ability to influence external and internal stakeholders with state of the solutions in Data/AI space
  • Strong articulation and concise communication skills
  • Highly collaborative with internal leads and cross-BU teams to build joint solutions (eg: SAP based Data platforms)
  • Willing to travel on a need basis for client workshops

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
  • Proven track record in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, and presales leadership.
