Job description

A rapidly expanding high-tech company, recognized as a leader in its field, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its dynamic Accounting & Finance team. This is a prime opportunity for professionals with Big 4 or National CPA firm experience to transition into an industry role with strong upward mobility.
Key Responsibilities:

Month end close reconciliations and journal entries
- Production of accrual based financial statements
- Technical accounting including revenue recognition ASC 606 and inventory accounting ASC 330
- Support financial reporting process for subsidiaries
- Consolidations
- Process improvements, implementation of internal controls and SOX compliance
- Enhancing and automating systems
- Annual audits
- Assist with budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Supervise the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years of Audit experience at a Big 4 or National CPA firm
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Experience auditing publicly traded companies
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accrual-based accounting
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to system improvements and automation
