Thelen Honda is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our sales team. As a successful sales consultant; you must be a great team player, have great energy, with an important emphasis on customer service.
Position Expectations:
  • Assist customers throughout the entire purchase process.
  • Work with sales and finance managers to ensure the customer is getting the best options.
  • Understand and Explain the vehicle's performance, technology, and safety features.
  • Build and maintain your customer base and relationships.
  • Have a great motivation to meet or exceed the projected sales numbers.

This full-time salary / commission based position includes the following comprehensive benefits: Competitive wages with upward mobility potential, medical and life insurance, along with short-term and long-term disability, a retirement plan is also available with employer matched percentage, paid vacation and holidays, along with training pay throughout training process.
