Position Overview

Uptown Behavioral Therapy and Wellness is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our passionate team in delivering high-quality therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and open space for therapy.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to recognize and address mental health challenges specific to individuals and families.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each client.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on techniques that promote healing and coping skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with diverse groups, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes retirement benefits, productivity bonuses, and an affordable new hire bonus. Employees working 30 hours or more per week will receive full pay and benefits, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, mileage reimbursement, easy-to-use pay-on-demand options, generous paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan.
