• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and open space for therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to recognize and address mental health challenges specific to individuals and families.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on techniques that promote healing and coping skills.

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with diverse groups, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. • Possession of a valid LMFT license in Arizona.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to implement effective treatment strategies based upon scientific research and best practices in the field.
• Strong communication skills that enhance client interaction and promote a positive therapeutic environment.

• Certification or practical experience in addiction therapy, with proficiency in handling co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a passion for ongoing professional development.
• A strong track record of effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes retirement benefits, productivity bonuses, and an affordable new hire bonus. Employees working 30 hours or more per week will receive full pay and benefits, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, mileage reimbursement, easy-to-use pay-on-demand options, generous paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan.
