Warehouse & Package Handler

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Packers to join our team at Iron Mountain in Wind Gap, PA. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Wind Gap, PA Schedule: Sunday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Occasionally Thursday & Friday Pay rate: $17.50 per hour

Duties:

  • Accurately pick customer orders
  • Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery
  • Prepare and label shipments according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 30–50 lbs. throughout the shift
  • Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work the scheduled shift consistently
  • Steel-toe shoes required
