Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, pizza-loving Product Owner to lead the Fulfillment & Tracking experience across Pizza Hut's digital platforms, driving seamless order lifecycle and real-time tracking experiences for our customers.

You will own the customer journey after checkout - ensuring seamless order processing, accurate status updates, and real-time tracking across both Web and App experiences.

You will play a critical role in shaping how customers experience their order from placement through completion - driving transparency, reliability, and customer confidence

As the voice of the customer, you will partner closely with engineering, UX, operations, and data teams to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive fulfillment experiences.
What You'll Own
    End-to-end Fulfillment & Tracking product domain
    Customer journey from order placement fulfillment real-time tracking completion
    Integration with backend systems supporting order lifecycle and status updates
    Real-time visibility into order status, accuracy, and timing
    Continuous improvement of post-checkout experience, order success, and customer satisfaction
 

Qualifications
Experience
    4-6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
    Experience with e-commerce or customer-facing digital products (Web/App)
    Experience working on post-purchase flows, order lifecycle management, or tracking systems preferred
Technical & Product Skills
    Proven experience working in Agile environments, owning epics through delivery (epics, features, user stories, sprint execution) 
    Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms to manage delivery and measure outcomes 
    Ability to partner deeply with engineering teams, challenge assumptions, and make informed technical trade-offs to drive scalable solutions 
    Comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes
Execution & Leadership
    Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end
    Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Own and execute the Fulfillment & Tracking product roadmap, aligned with business and operational goals
    Translate product vision into clear requirements, features, and user stories
    Drive improvements in order lifecycle orchestration, tracking transparency, and customer experience
    Partner with Operations and Store teams to align digital experience with fulfillment workflows
Delivery & Execution
    Break down complex problems into epics, features, and sprint-ready user stories
    Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer value
    Lead Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives
    Drive end-to-end delivery including testing, release coordination, and post-launch validation
    Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Act as the bridge between business, engineering, UX, and analytics teams
    Partner with UX to design intuitive order tracking and status experiences
    Work with data teams to define and monitor key success metrics
    Collaborate with internal and external partners supporting order and fulfillment systems
Customer & Data Focus
    Deeply understand customer pain points in the fulfillment journey
    Use data and insights to drive prioritization and decision-making
    Monitor and improve key metrics such as:
