What You'll Do:

Project Planning & Delivery Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of SDM initiatives and cross-matrixed projects across ITSM process areas
  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
  • Partner with SDM teams, platform teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and support delivery readiness
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, and implementation timelines
  • Enable smooth project execution through proactive follow-up, escalation support, and delivery communications

Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare project status updates, executive summaries, dashboards, and delivery metrics to support leadership visibility
  • Support audit and compliance requests by organizing project artifacts, approvals, evidence, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of project changes with minimal service impact
  • Maintain strong communication with business partners, IT teams, and leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making

About You:

  • Experience supporting project coordination, project analysis, or delivery management in an IT environment
  • 2-3 years experience in managing projects in matrixed environments
  • Ability to manage project trackers, status reporting, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-ups
  • Excellent communication, organization, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Preferred Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
