Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Production Maintenance Supervisor__Participate in defining production sequences, calculating cycle times, and analyzing operational phases for new manufacturing processes and products.Collect, analyze, and share cycle time data with cross-functional teams to support process optimization and production planning.Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to process phases, operating methods, and cycle time standards.Support production start-ups by delivering training to both direct and indirect personnel and ensuring process readiness.Ensure updated process and technical documentation is provided to SCM teams to facilitate supplier evaluations and the establishment of appropriate supplier agreements.Contribute to action plan development and provide support during internal and external equipment and process start-ups, including training Maintenance and Production teams and coordinating implementation activities.Key skills demonstrated by these responsibilities:Manufacturing Process DevelopmentCycle Time AnalysisIndustrial EngineeringProduction Start-up & Ramp-upTechnical DocumentationTraining & Knowledge TransferCross-functional CollaborationSupply Chain CoordinationContinuous ImprovementProcess OptimizationEssential FunctionsPurchasing:Restocks consumables, critical spare parts, and parts inventoryProvides PO delivery status updates for outstanding orders from respective vendorsCorrects and manages AP MRO Outstanding IssuesReceives all UPS/FedEx/Etc. deliveriesManages inter-organizational shipping and receivingInventory Management:Manages physical spare parts inventory, and ensures they are placed in appropriate storage locationsMaintains and receives all spare parts inventory in both Oracle EBS & Power Pick Global systemsPerforms weekly/quarterly MRO Cycle counts into PMPRO/PPG systems, and researches and reconciles discrepanciesOrganizes parts room area per 5S Process (Sustain, Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize)Track, maintains and files warranty claims with respective vendorsMaintenance Planning:Generates and completes PM Work Order Scripts, and manages work order backlogFacilitates maintenance planning meetingsAssists technicians during downtime eventsProvides database support on-site acting as a subject matter expertAssists with annual machine rebuildsCreates PM Plan for line down time, optimizing Mechanic labor availabilityEnsures completion of PMs at scheduled intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly, etc.)Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
