We're a growing group of UPS Store locations across San Diego County, and we're looking for high-energy Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to grow with us. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet every customer warmly and help with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox, and retail needs.

• Create shipments, quote services, pack to UPS standards, and recommend the right packaging and premium shipping.

• Run print jobs, passport photos, copiers, and finishing equipment.

• Manage mailbox services and build real relationships with regular mailbox holders.

• Handle claims, Access Point packages, returns, and accurate end-of-shift reconciliation.

• Keep the storefront clean, stocked, and compliant with UPS standards.

• Join the Daily Sales Sprint, apply coaching, and keep leveling up your product knowledge and sales skills.
