Additional duties include manage simple records and enter information accurately, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, as well as learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, coordinate with other departments when needed. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
