Pay Rate: $29 per hour

You will be responsible for the timely pickup, loading, and delivery of freight, utilizing top-tier equipment and technology to ensure our customers get the best service in the industry. Best of all? What You'll Do

This hybrid role keeps your days interesting. You will manage both transportation and freight handling tasks:

  • On the Road: Safely operate a tractor-trailer unit to complete timely pickups and deliveries to residential and commercial customer locations.
  • On the Dock: Load, unload, scan, sort, and stock palletized freight and packages.
  • Equipment & Tech: Leverage advanced technology for efficient delivery routing and utilize Material Handling Equipment (MHE)โ€”including pallet movers and stand-up forkliftsโ€”to manage cargo.
  • Customer Focus: Serve as the face of our brand by providing efficient, dedicated, and high-quality customer service.
Position Requirements & Qualifications

To maintain our high standards of safety and service, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Must-Haves:

  • Valid Class A CDL in your home state with a HazMat endorsement.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience driving tractor-trailers.
  • A clean driving record with zero accidents.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends as operational needs dictate.
  • Forklift experience, or a strong willingness to learn (we will train!).

Compliance & Screening:

  • Must pass a company road test, a DOT physical (including a drug screen), and all necessary background checks.
  • Compliance with company appearance and uniform guidelines.
