Position Purpose & SummaryMassage Therapists administer professional massage, body treatments, and additional spa service recommendations to assist in the development growth of spa engagement and revenue sales. Essential Functions:Provide services associated with Massage and Body Treatments.Greet and welcome members and guests to the Spa/Salon.Communicate clearly with members, guests and spa staff to achieve desired results.Performs all support tasks associated with providing services assigned (set-ups and break down of treatment rooms, stocking and inventory of supplies, stocking and removal of linen, etc.)Performing Massage and Body treatments, including specialty service developed by the Spa.Performs all assigned/scheduled services and tasks using provided protocols and timeliness.Providing after care guidelines to clients.Assist in the overall smooth operation of the Spa by maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the workplace, and effective communication amongst coworkers.Creating a database of frequent clients.Assist members and guests with questions regarding the Spa and the Club.Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.  Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Greet every guest, member, and team member with "I Am Proud" standards and set a positive tone for every interaction.Provide extraordinary service that is "Enriching by Nature."Embrace, embody, demonstrate, and encourage wellness and the STRATA virtues through interactions, performance, and commitments.Uphold the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club's brand, culture, vision, mission, and values.
