Auberge Shuttle Driver

Whether traveling on a ski trip to Aspen, or taking a romantic escape in Santorini for a special anniversary, it is the simple things that are most important to the guests of Auberge Resorts Collection. At Auberge, we offer the opportunity to create personal memories and stories; tasting freshly picked fruit in Cabo San Lucas, horseback riding with a local cowboy in Costa Rica, or planting coral gardens in the South Pacific. Drive shuttle van for scheduled pickups of team members on and off property according a designated schedule, run errands as needed, and transport guests to local destinations as assigned.

Safe and time-adherent operation of company vehicles, primarily for transporting team members to and from The Lodge.

Attentive maintenance of vehicles as required.

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.

Maintain knowledge of:

Scheduled activities and pick-ups/drop-off times, including last-minute changes.

Features and services of the hotel

Hours of operation of all on-site amenities

Assist passengers into and out of the shuttle, if necessary.

Communicate clearly with Front Office Team with regard to location, status, and schedules.

Complete errands/deliveries for guests and managers as necessary.

A genuine affinity for interacting meaningfully and positively with others.

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management.

Valid Utah driver's license.

Excellent driving record.

Prior customer service experience.

Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.

Professional, polished service, focused on exceeding expectations and attention to detail.

Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation, and work with a minimum of supervision.

Ability to be a clear thinker and remain calm under pressure.

Ability to assess safe driving conditions and identify potential safety risks regarding any/all vehicles used in the capacity of shuttle driving.

Assist with vehicle maintenance as required.

Ability to drive attentively and carefully while maintaining a high quality of guest service.

Ability to work cohesively with other departments and individuals as part of a team
