Midwest Dedicated Truck Driver

JBS Carriers may be the biggest, most successful, and most stable company you've never heard of! That's because we haul for some of America's best brands as the transportation arm of the world's leading meat processor. And with that comes well-paying dedicated truck driving opportunities with reliable home time and a predictable schedule that keeps life on track. Midwest dedicated drivers earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year! Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you're in those areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Mississippi to Nebraska dedicated runs

Midwest dedicated truck driver pay and info:

  • Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year
  • Earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
  • Average 2,500 miles per week with opportunity for more!
  • All miles paid loaded & empty (unless going home)
  • Additional stops and pick-ups: $40
  • Driver unload pay
  • Detention pay
  • Layover/Breakdown pay
  • All lumpers are paid for by JBS
  • Mandatory $0.10 cents per Diem

  • $3,000 retention bonus
  • Health benefits: vision, medical, and dental coverage. Benefit eligibility begins after 60 days of employment
  • Paid: sick leave and six company observed holidays
  • 401(k) match of up to 50% on the first 4% of contributions. Company match begins at one year of service and follows a five year vesting schedule
  • Rider policy: available after 3 months

  • Simplified orientation: starts online and concludes at your local terminal

  • Better futures program: pays for your or a dependent's community college tuition!
  • Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
    • $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
    • $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3 months

Work & route:

  • Average weekly miles: around 2,900
  • Main driving region: Mississippi to Nebraska dedicated runs
  • Truck assignments: could be at any JBS terminal. No guarantee of being seated at your home terminal
  • Most dispatches will be picking up a loaded trailer from one of the five Pork plants or 4 Beef plants, live unloading at customer, and empty back to nearby Beef or Pork plant

CDL-A dedicated truck driver requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
  • Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
  • Mentor and training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
