Sila Services in Stoneham is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is strong on residential HVAC installation and, most importantly, has hands-on boiler installation experience. If you take pride in doing the job right, know your way around a mechanical room, and enjoy working with a great team, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
  • Install residential HVAC systems including boilers, furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps and mini-splits
  • Install and replace hydronic heating systems and boilers
  • Complete boiler piping and related installation work
  • Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping and electrical connections related to HVAC equipment
  • Perform system start-ups and make sure equipment is operating properly
  • Read and follow manufacturer specifications and installation requirements
  • Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
  • Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
  • Provide a great experience for our customers
  • Work with apprentices and helpers as needed
  • Follow all company and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • Boiler installation experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of hydronic heating systems
  • Experience installing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps and mini-splits
  • Comfortable with brazing, piping, venting and system start-ups
  • Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
  • EPA 608 certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Professional, dependable and comfortable working in customers' homes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
