Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them select the right vehicle that suits them best based on needs and budget 

  • Provide information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing 

  • Conduct test drives and perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles 

  • Negotiate sales pricing, trade-in value, financing and any promotional offers 

  • Use CRM platform to communicate with potential customers, following sales processes for both new and existing customers 

  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely member 

  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge and features, and new vehicle models 

  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations 

  • Work collaboratively with sales and service team members 

Qualifications 

  • Prior sales experience is encouraged, but not required 

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required) 

  • Available to work Saturdays from 8 AM – 3 PM 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently on lead procurement and follow-ups 

  • Comfortable initiating contact with customers via phone call, email, text, and other communication  

  • Valid driver’s license
