Job description

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. The Service Porter is an entry level position and plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the service department by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, and providing exceptional support to service advisors, technicians, and customers. If you're a self-motivated individual with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Management: Safely park and retrieve vehicles in the service area or lot, ensuring they are properly placed for easy access and efficient service work.
  • Pick up and Delivery: Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and efficiently. Utilize phone app for taking pictures and logging trips.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Assist with customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, including ensuring that keys and paperwork are properly handled and logged.
  • Customer Assistance: Greet customers as they arrive for service appointments and provide assistance as needed. Help with directing customers to the service department or waiting
