Job description

Role: Senior Designer – Story Design (Retail Brand Design)

Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)

Duration: 5 Months


We're looking for a Senior Designer with 8+ years of experience creating impactful retail environments and immersive brand experiences. This hands-on role will focus on developing innovative retail concepts, environmental graphics, and scalable retail storytelling across a global retail portfolio.


What You'll Do:

  • Design immersive retail environments and brand experiences.
  • Develop retail storytelling concepts from ideation through execution.
  • Create environmental graphics, store displays, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Produce production-ready files and implementation standards.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of brand design experience.
  • Strong portfolio featuring retail environments and environmental graphic design.
  • Expertise with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, and SketchUp.
  • Experience in retail design, visual communications, and concept development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Miro, Figma, or Unreal Engine.
  • International retail design experience.
  • Previous experience with global consumer or sports brands.
