Job description

Job Summary (Unqork Engineer):
- Support and maintain a large enterprise Underwriting platform built on Unqork.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve Level 3 production incidents in Unqork.
- Analyze and resolve issues across Unqork forms, workflows, rules, data mappings, and UI logic.
- Support and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Unqork and external systems.
- Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates such as rule logic, module updates, and UI fixes.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional technical teams (including Spring Boot, Boomi, and Integration teams).
- Participate in release cycles, validation, and production deployments.
- Work closely with client SMEs and Underwriters to resolve functional and business queries.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration inventories.
- Utilize strong skills in Unqork configuration, JSON, APIs, payload debugging, and integration troubleshooting.
- Analyze system logs, behaviors, and cross-system data flows.
- Experience with event-driven workflows and tools such as Postman, Splunk/ELK, or Browser DevTools.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
