We understand the moving process can be incredibly overwhelming and emotional. We offer complete move and transition planning services, taking care of all details to create a seamless process, providing clients with peace of mind. Additionally, we help with staging client’s homes and Retirement community apartments. Our team works with a range of clients, and to accomplish our timelines we need a team leader to help us with managing and delivering the packing material. This position also includes occasionally assisting with staging, packing, and unpacking.

Move Lead Specialist

COMPANY OVERVIEW

WellRive is a nationally recognized pioneer in the Senior Relocation Industry. WellRive has been serving primarily older adults who are seeking assistance with their transition. The downsizing and moving process can be overwhelming to both client and family; We reduce client stress by managing all logistical aspects of transition including floor planning, sorting, and downsizing, packing, mover arrangements, and complete unpacking and resettling the day of the move at the new residence (beds made, pictures hung, everything put away, etc.). We strive for outstanding customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction is paramount as well.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

Move Lead Specialists (MLS) within clients’ homes, safely and efficiently packing, loading, transporting, and unloading furniture, boxes, and other household items. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Movers must ensure items are handled with care, follow instructions from Move Managers, and maintain a professional and courteous attitude throughout the moving process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Motivated and compassionate individual who thinks creatively to solve problems.
  • Stamina for physically taxing work and able to lift to 30 -50 lbs.
  • Ability to pack/unpack at client’s home for extended periods of time.
  • Dependable - committed to working scheduled shifts beginning to end.
  • Ability to complete work assignments and manage time.
  • Commitment to adhering to the company’s safety and security culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Move Manager on jobs when staging.
  • Assist relocations as needed, to include packing, unpacking, and resettling.
  • Loading and unloading of company vehicles (supplies, donations, staging furniture and decor).
  • Drive a Box Truck
  • Organize and maintain company warehouse.
  • Sustain professional relationships with clients, family members, moving assistants, retirement communities, movers, team members, and office personnel.
  • Perform “other” job-related duties as assigned by management, which achieve the established goals of the company, and the client.

TRAINING:

WellRive coordinates orientation and extensive field training for the MS to be successful in the role.
