Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to support customer loadouts, outdoor merchandising, freight, and store appearance while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Safely load customer purchases into vehicles and complete load out tickets.
  • Maintain outdoor merchandise according to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
  • Price, zone, and replenish merchandise in load lanes, nurseries, bullpens, and other outdoor areas.
  • Assist with unloading delivery trucks and moving merchandise.
  • Maintain clean and organized parking lots, cart corrals, sidewalks, and outdoor areas.
  • Collect and return shopping carts.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, handheld scanners, and other retail equipment.
  • Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
  • Demonstrate Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
