Warehouse & Logistics Focus (Full-time, Hourly)
Job Title: Receiving Associate
Location: Irving, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized Receiving Associate to manage our incoming shipments. The ideal candidate has experience with freight handling and operating warehouse machinery to support efficient dock operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload materials and verify them against associated purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Process and record track inventory accurately using SAP and warehouse management systems.
  • Inspect incoming freight and document any discrepancies or damages to internal teams.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Collaborate with Dock Supervisors and team members to meet operational deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow load safety protocols.
  • Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
