Job description

Job Title: Container Unloader
Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois
Total Staffing Solutions, powered by Total Talent Resources, is looking for dependable Container Unloaders to join a growing warehouse team in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
This is a full-time opportunity on the 1st shift. The hours are: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Saturday. The pay is $17.00/Hr.
Job Summary: The Container Unloader is responsible for safely loading and unloading products from containers, manually moving materials, and organizing products on pallets. This is a physically demanding position that requires teamwork, reliability, and attention to safety.
Essential Duties:

  • Load and unload products of various sizes and weights.
  • Manually lift, move, and palletize products weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Use the buddy system when handling products weighing more than 50 lbs.
  • Operate a hand pallet jack to transport and stage products.
  • Properly stack, organize, and secure products on pallets.
  • Complete a minimum of six containers per shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform continuous physical labor throughout the shift.
  • Ability to independently lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work safely with a partner when handling heavier products.
  • Previous warehouse, loading, or unloading experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
