Looking for a new opportunity? SIMOS is hiring Warehouse Associates in Conroe, TX! At SIMOS, associates are paid weekly on Fridays and have a career path with great opportunities for advancement! This role requires you to load and unload trailers and manually lift, stack, and wrap pallets. Must have 1 year of warehouse experience.

Shift: Monday-Friday 6 am- 2:30 pm plus overtime when required

Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour

Duties:

  • Unload inbound trailers manually and via conveyor belts

  • Load, stack, shrink-wrap, and palletize products efficiently

  • Perform inbound warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment

  • Use proper lifting techniques to handle boxes weighing up to 60 lbs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and safety goals

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 60 lbs. without powered equipment assistance

  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions

  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic

  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace

  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes

  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
