About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing manufacturing organization, to hire a Warehouse Associate. This position supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement activities while ensuring accuracy throughout the logistics process.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and supporting project teams with material coordination. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from suppliers.
  • Verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Enter inventory and shipment information into the ERP system.
  • Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and project teams.
  • Package and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
  • Track shipments and ensure materials reach the appropriate teams.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding returns, repairs, and shipment status.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Certified on a forklift.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
