Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a Java-Spark Developer with a good understanding of Apache Spark architecture. The role involves hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools and designing scalable, high-performance applications in a Unix/Linux environment.
Responsibilities:
• Good understanding of Apache Spark architecture and having hands-on experience
• Sound knowledge about Hadoop ecosystem. Hands-on experience in Map-Reduce, Hive, Hue, Yarn, Sqoop and Oozie.
• Familiar with Cloudera Environment.
• Have strong knowledge on Design Patterns used in Big Data.
• Have strong experience in designing and programming in Java/Scala in Unix/Linux environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, REST.
• Good knowledge of RDBMS(Oracle).
• Ability to write scalable, reliable, high performance distributed application.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship WILL NOT be considered at this time.
