Systems Engineer — Fort Meade, MD

We're looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer to work closely with mission operators and developers to solve tough technical problems, help advance cybersecurity mission success, and support the installation of RF equipment, servers, and networking gear — including some travel within the U.S. for equipment delivery and installation.

What you bring:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (required)
  • Prior experience as a Linux System Administrator (required)
  • Strong systems engineering background: requirements specification, risk analysis, and solutions design
  • Ability to identify and evaluate new products, technologies, and architectures for operational challenges

Education/Experience (one of the following):

  • Doctoral degree, no experience required
  • Master's degree + 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience
  • Associate's degree + 7 years of relevant experience
  • High School diploma/GED + 9 years of relevant experience (with clearly related, in-depth experience)

Bonus points for cybersecurity experience, familiarity with Jira and Confluence, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with corporate data flows.
