As a Media, Video & Event Sales Coordinator you'll play a crucial role in supporting our digital sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple platforms, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
What you'll do
  • Client Engagement: Directly engage with external clients to address: manage I/O's, sales marketing material, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Digital Sales Support: Support the Director of Brand Partnerships and Business Development & Director of Advertising Sales in executing video sales strategies and managing campaigns across all platforms. This includes deck building and FAST Scheduling.
  • Campaign Management: Provide clients with timely updates on ongoing video series campaigns, ensuring they are informed of progress and results.
  • Event Contract Management: Partner with the sales team to prepare, manage, and execute contracts for event activations, serving as the primary point of contact for all client communications throughout the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to signing and execution.
  • Product Coordination: Support the production, scheduling, and delivery of FAST Channels and Programmatic products.
  • Project Management: Assist in scheduling and oversee the deliverables for multiple digital services, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Generate and deliver client reports, create production orders, prepare I/O documents, and execute projects as assigned by management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize multiple internet and software platforms to perform duties effectively and understand digital reporting and analytics metrics.

  • Experience: Experience with digital technologies, including social media, OTT/CTV, digital marketing (display and video programmatic) and the FAST universe.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with Google Ad Manager. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, with a strong understanding of digital reporting and analytic metrics. Understanding of general content programming is a plus as you will be liaising across video production teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and promote effective relationships with clients, upholding the agency's commitment to an exceptional customer experience.
  • Learning Ability: Eager to gain a basic understanding of display and video programmatic tactics, including retargeting, OTT, and more.
  • Detail-Oriented: Must be able to set and manage goals, schedules, and oversee multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel and assist with onsite Hagerty Events as needed.

Other things to note
  • This position is open to U.S. remote work. However, team members who reside within 20 miles of the Traverse City headquarters will follow a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
