Job description

Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc., established in 1994, is headquartered in Bridgeville, PA, with plants in North Jackson, OH, Dunkirk, NY, and Titusville, PA.  Universal Stainless produces semi-finished and finished specialty steel long products and plate including stainless steel, tool steel, bearing steel, gear steel, and aircraft quality low alloy steels for use in a variety of industries. Universal is committed to providing the best quality, delivery, and service possible.

Wage: $20.00 then $20.50 at end of probationary period (.50 cent differential for night hours) and HIGHER for skilled/experienced applicants with Welding and Machining skills.  

Various Shifts available - Full time - Days, Nights, Afternoons or Weekends only 

Experience in any of these:  Machine Operation, Saws, Tow Motor/Overhead Crane, QC Inspection, CNC/lathe, Precision Measuring Tools, Material Handling 

Prior steel mill or industrial furnace experience a BIG plus

All applicants MUST be Safety Focused.

Education:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent (Preferred but not required)

Experience:

  • Remote Crane: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
  • Forklift: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
