UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. The clinical teams at the area’s clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. The UnityPoint Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being.

  • Opportunity to practice outpatient/inpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic

  • Hospitalist provided coverage 24/7
  • Average of 14+ patients per day
  • 1:3 Shared call amongst the providers
  • Procedures: Musculoskeletal medicine (EMG's and Ulrasound guided procedures)
  • Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
  • Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
  • Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

  • MD or DO
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Open to new Grads
  • Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois and Iowa
  • Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to
    the physician’s field of practice
  • Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)

We Offer

  • Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $255,000 - $370,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.
    • Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications.  The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
