Unity Harbor Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team, working remotely to deliver high-quality mental health services. This remote position offers flexibility, allowing for work-life balance while providing essential mental health services. In this role, you will utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and resources, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, including one-on-one, family, and group therapy, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, establishing specific, measurable goals and interventions to promote client progress.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated client care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, enhancing clients’ understanding of their conditions and fostering community support.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, assessing risk and implementing safety planning to ensure clients’ well-being during critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal obligations, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Our clientele is diverse, ranging from children to adults, presenting with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years’ experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, providing direct therapeutic and assessment services.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices and a strong understanding of clinical best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective connection with clients.

• Experience working within a school-based setting is highly desirable, as you will collaborate with educators and staff to create supportive interventions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery is a plus, as this is a virtual role.
