About the Role
As a Clinical Care Representative (CCR), you will serve as both a clinical resource and a trusted partner to facilities in your territory. You will educate staff on best practices in wound care, ensure patients receive the right products at the right time, and expand your territory by building relationships and marketing Curitecโ€™s services to new potential partners. This role combines clinical expertise, relationship-building, and business development to advance Curitecโ€™s mission of elevating care standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff in long-term care and hospice settings.

  • Conduct in-services and educational sessions to support product selection and promote best practices in wound care.

  • Serve as the clinical expert on Curitecโ€™s product portfolio, ensuring facilities understand how to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • Manage your territory with a balance of clinical service, account development, and business growth.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce and other systems for accounts, patients, and billing cycles.

  • Collaborate closely with your regional team to achieve shared goals and deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications / What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Licensed PTA, RN, LPN, or LVN with 3+ years of recent hands-on wound care and protocol decision-making experience.

  • Strong wound care knowledge โ€” able to identify pressure injury stages, wound etiologies, and wound dressing categories.

  • Understands the basic functions of wound dressings to support proper product selection and clinical education.

  • Ability to teach and guide facility staff on the use of advanced wound dressings based on wound presentation and healing goals.

  • Organized and self-motivated, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of clinical and administrative staff.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer documentation tools.

  • Driven, independent, and motivated to grow your territory while representing Curitecโ€™s values of Speed, Independence, Unity, and Pride.

  • Willing to travel occasionally within your assigned region.

  • Current Wound Care Certification preferred โ€” or willingness to obtain within one year (company reimburses approved certification costs).

  • Ability to integrate clinical expertise with Curitecโ€™s product portfolio and Medicare Part B compliance standards to support positive patient outcomes.
